• Club 720 is the marketplace platform. It manages realtor and lender subscriptions, distributes referrals, and keeps the pipeline moving.
• Together: Hubs generate demand → Club 720 qualifies buyers → Realtors and lenders close the deal.

1. Freemium – Free access to training and general exposure, but no direct referrals.
2. Premium ($720/yr) – Directory listing, property listing (when live), and access to 1:1 referrals. A 35% referral fee applies per closed deal.
3. Closing Teams – Realtors who nominate a Club 720-approved correspondent lender get their annual fee waived, while the referral fee remains.

• This is standard in the industry (Zillow Flex, relocation networks, OpCity all charge 25–40%)..
• The difference is that Club 720 referrals are coached, funded, and motivated—not cold internet leads.
• We do the heavy lifting of acquisition, coaching, and DPA administration, so realtors can focus on closing.

Is there any reward for loyalty?

Yes. After 10 total closed referrals, a realtor’s referral fee drops permanently to 25% for life.
